Can I book for one month only?

  • Yes, apartments are available for rent from one month and above.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
  • Yes, for 3-month contracts and above.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept cash, postdated cheques, advance bank transfers and credit cards.

Can I share with a friend and make him pay with me?
  • Yes, this is possible for the 2-bedroom apartment, as the contract will be under both your names.

How many times do you clean the apartment?
  • We fully clean the apartments 3 times per week.

What floors are apartments located on?
  • All the apartments are located on the 16th through 28th floors.

What is included in my rent?
  • Integrated & equipped kitchen
  • Utilities included (water and electricity)
  • Full cleaning 3 times per week
  • High floors only with floor to ceiling windows
